The Mentor Collective Program

The Mentor Collective Program connects Learning Coaches with a friendly mentor. Mentors are fellow Learning Coaches who know the ins and outs of online school and want to share what they’ve learned. New Learning Coaches are matched with a mentor who is there for them to listen, share tips, and cheer them on. Learning Coaches learn what to expect, how to solve problems, and ways to help their students succeed. Mentors learn and grow by helping others, making new friends, and becoming better leaders.
How It Works
This opportunity is open to Learning Coaches with students in grades K–3.
Mentees will be matched with mentors based on shared interests, background, academics, and professional aspirations. To get started, mentees and mentors register and complete an online introduction survey to paint a holistic picture of their interests and experiences.

What do mentors and mentees discuss?
- How to balance the demands of online learning, responsibilities, and socializing
- How to set yourself and your student up for academic and social success
- How to help students connect with peers
- And more!
How to Participate

If you want to be matched with a mentor and are a Learning Coach of a student in grades K–3, fill out the mentee registration form and complete the introduction survey.

If you are interested in becoming a mentor, please complete the mentor registration form and introduction survey.
